Unsaid
Unsaid explores everything that exists beneath the surface but never finds its way into words.
Layers of white acrylic move across the raw canvas in broad strokes, subtle textures, and raised passages. From a distance, the piece appears quiet and restrained. Up close, its imperfections begin to reveal themselves: ridges, edges, interruptions, and traces left behind by the process of its creation.
The exposed canvas surrounding the painted field becomes as important as the paint itself, creating a boundary between what is revealed and what remains untouched.
Built entirely by hand, from the custom black frame to the textured acrylic surface, Unsaid is an original work that embraces the tension between presence and absence, expression and restraint, and the things we carry without ever speaking aloud.
One-of-a-kind. No two pieces will ever be exactly the same.
